Based always on each ones body needs, traditional Hatha asanas, breathwork and functional patterns attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve awareness and help you take control of the most sophisticated system, your own body.

    Nothing like the ordinary treatments. This sacred dance of emotions will travel your internal world and body into the path of the therapist that’s hiding inside you. Syndicating each treatment with a perpetual gentle movement is going to reunite subtle and energy body.
