Maintain the balance, no matter what

Be positive, be acceptable and have motivation are words that can help us and one the other hand with the inappropriate usage things can go rise versa.

So let’s start from the beginning, being positive it’s a tremendous value to our life, but we have to embrace negativity. These two aspects live together and sooner or later we will face them both, so being just positive and try to run from everything negative that comes through you isn’t the better option.

Acceptance is maybe one of the most valuable aspects in us and around us. So as they call in yogic world Santosha can bring us harmony within our body, mind, soul and then to all of our surroundings. Then if we stop accept and start being unsatisfied with the way we look, thing, our work, our way of life etc… then this beautiful tower of Santosha we start to crash into pieces. I kept motivation for last because even if we can settle the previous two down these word can make again the difference.

Motivation is always a great tool so we don’t have a stable life and always have some creativity within us. Since our lives are speeding up every year, more and more this aspect of motivation can loose the track and find itself in this ‘’more…’’ world. Then identity of who we were, where we came from and what was our first task, start to change and this circle to enormous willing of wanting more start to rip every authentic layer that we had under our skin.

Poison , negativity, greedy, suspiciousness and egoism start to take control of this body. What matter most in our lives is always to bring the balance. This world created from balance and when the need occurred brought a new wave so it can be restored and begin again from the beginning.

It’s a never ending process…as the making of this masterpiece that we call human body.
