Be the change
One of the most interesting parts of yogic life applied to the western society, is how we can simplify our complex lives.
Small daily tasks, that for some of us, may be challenging or not. Can you stay silent for 24hours? Can you not use your phone, or even just throw away your shoes and have a walk around the city barefoot? Some of us may just ask, “why I should do that?”.
Instead, ask yourself, are you able to change a habit, or try something new for your body and mind? Are you able to challenge what is natural to others and also until that time for you also?
One of my favourite part in these simple actions is the reaction of others and how they deal with it, especially if they see someone walk around barefoot.
So for your next move, do you accept to transform Yourself and become the weirdo?
