More than an asana practise

Few years after I started to practise Yoga as a living system and not just as asana practice, I came to the conclusion that you can meditate everywhere and at any time.

At first I thought that it was necessary to be somewhere quiet or in a certain position, but I’ve realised that as long as you learn to keep control and be able to focus, meditation can become a daily habit.

Once you develop your attention and focus into every minute, you learn how to be in the present moment, then you are prepared to relax with the unknown.

Always be willing to deepen your understanding of the Self, even if sometimes gets scary or even feel like it’s wrong.
