Trust is an essential tool

Trust is a very simple word with a very strong meaning and many stories behind it. What does that mean?

That it might have a good and bad ending after all. What does ‘a bad end’ mean although? Let’s leave it for another time…. In this text I will talk about the trust between Me and the people I work with, which can take any treatment or yoga class to the next level.

These two bodywork sessions are almost the same, even though we can separate them in a massage and exercise. In Thai massage, if there is no trust, your body will resist to the movements, pressures, stretchings etc.

As you can understand with reaction taking place you won’t have any treatment. If you can trust, I assure you, that your body and soul will travel to another dimension, heal and rejuvenate the body. Almost the same beliefs and principles I try to apply in yoga. Yoga is much more than a practice and the limits of progression are unlimited.

So if there’s no trust from both sides, as we start from the fundamentals, progressing up to meditative states, work on the breath and all the way towards advanced poses and flows won’t be possible.

The starting point is always from within, then by time you will be able to share it with others.
